About the Font

Melnofa is a mid-century sans-serif inspired by bentwood furniture from the 60s. It features sloped letterforms with subtle rounding, like the structure of the Siesta chair from Ingmar Relling. Melnofa is based on found type from a 1960s book cover found at an estate sale in Austin, Texas.
